When booking by phone, please make sure you have all necessary details ready, such as passenger name, pick-up and drop-off address, contact phone number, email address, and flight number if applicable.

Yes, providing a valid mobile phone number is required when making a booking.

Your phone number is used to send booking confirmations, important updates, and pick-up instructions via SMS.

Being reachable by phone at pick-up is essential for a smooth transfer.

Your driver may need to contact you in case of difficulties locating the pick-up point or unexpected situations. Some drivers may also use messaging apps such as WhatsApp or similar services.
Please ensure the phone number provided includes the correct international dialing code.

No, a credit card is not required to make a booking.

You can choose from the available payment options before confirming your reservation.

Yes, all passengers, including children, must be included in the total passenger count during booking.

If a child seat is required, please mention this in the comment field and specify the child’s age. For last-minute bookings (less than 48 hours before pick-up), we recommend contacting us directly to confirm availability.
Please note that transport may be refused if a legally required child seat is not requested.

No. All our services are private transfers.

The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your group.

After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing detailed meeting point instructions.

For airport pick-ups, the driver will usually wait with a name sign at the designated meeting area. An emergency contact number is also provided in case you cannot locate your driver.

All bookings include complimentary waiting time.

Airport pick-up

  • International flights: up to 60 minutes

  • Domestic flights: up to 45 minutes
    Flights are monitored using the flight number provided at booking.

Train station pick-up

  • Up to 20 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time
    Train delays are not monitored.

Hotel or address pick-up

  • Waiting time may vary based on traffic and parking conditions

  • Up to 15 minutes may be included

For flights, we monitor arrival times and adjust the pick-up accordingly within the included waiting time.

If your connecting flight is delayed or your flight is diverted to another airport, please contact our customer support team immediately using the emergency number provided in your booking confirmation.

For train transfers, the driver will wait up to 20 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time.

Please do not report delays by email, as emails may not be read in time.

Once your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with all trip details and an SMS containing your booking number.

If you see a booking number on the screen after completing your booking, your reservation is confirmed.

If the confirmation email does not appear, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact our customer support team for assistance.

Yes, bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

If duplicate bookings are detected, we will contact you to confirm. If confirmed as a mistake, one booking will be canceled free of charge.

If the driver has already started the journey, cancellation fees may apply depending on the distance traveled and booking location.

Details are provided in our Terms and Conditions.

After cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder.

If you believe you left an item in one of our vehicles, please contact us with a description of the item and your booking details.

If found, we will do our best to arrange its return. Delivery costs may apply.

Yes, cash payments can be made directly to the driver. A receipt will be provided.

All prices are displayed and accepted in euros only.
