Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by AirportViennaTransfer24.at (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our transfer service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before booking.

3. Definitions

• “Customer” – the person who makes or pays for a booking.
• “Passengers” – all passengers included in a booking.
• “Lead passenger” – the first passenger listed on a booking.
• “Transfer service” – any transport service provided by us or the contracted transport operator.
• “Pick Up Location” – the location where the customer will meet the vehicle.
• “Drop Off Location” – the destination agreed in the booking.
• “Booking Voucher” – confirmation sent to the customer via email.

4. Contractual Relationship

Your booking creates a contract between you and the transport operator, with AirportViennaTransfer24.at acting as an agent. We are not responsible for acts or omissions of the transport operator, including delays, cancellations, or service quality.

5. Online Booking Procedure

• Customers must be at least 18 years old.
• All booking details must be accurate.
• A contract becomes binding once you receive the booking voucher by email.

6. Price and Payment

• Prices include tolls, taxes, and gratuities unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is accepted via cash, credit/debit cards, and selected online methods.
• Prices are in Euros; any currency conversion is approximate.

7. Changes

• Any change to pickup or drop-off locations must be requested in writing (email, phone, or WhatsApp).
• First change is free; additional changes may incur a €15 administration fee.
• Changes within 48 hours of the scheduled transfer may be refused.

8. Cancellations by You

• Cancellations must be sent in writing.
• More than 48 hours before pickup: full refund.
• Less than 48 hours: no refund; a cancellation note will be issued for insurance or tour operator claims.

9. Last-Minute Bookings

• Deadline varies by route and season, from 0–48 hours.
• Cancellation policies still apply.

10. Changes and Cancellations by Us

• We will notify you of significant changes.
• Vehicle substitutions may occur based on availability.
• Refunds will be issued if the service is canceled; no further liability applies.

11. Child Seats and Pricing

• Child/booster seats can be reserved during booking.
• Children under three may travel without a restraint in the rear seat.
• All children count toward vehicle occupancy.

12. Wheelchairs and Disabled Passengers

• Only foldable wheelchairs are accepted.
• Assistance must be provided by the passenger or their party.

13. Travel Insurance

We recommend adequate travel insurance for all transfers.

14. Liability

Liability is limited to foreseeable damages up to the price paid for the transfer.

Not liable for incidents caused by force majeure or third-party actions.

We are not responsible for illnesses, personal injury, or death unless caused by our negligence.

15. Force Majeure

No liability for events beyond reasonable control (weather, traffic, strikes, accidents, terrorism, etc.).

16. Airport Pickup Procedure

Passengers must be reachable by phone.

Drivers are not obligated to search inside terminals.

No-show or failure to communicate may result in service cancellation without refund.

17. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pick-up/drop-off details.
• Carry all necessary documentation for travel.
• Inform us promptly of any changes or errors in booking details.
• Do not carry alcohol for onboard consumption; smoking is prohibited.

18. Complaints

Report complaints during the transfer if possible.

19. Languages

Website and services are primarily in English and German.

English version prevails in case of discrepancies.

20. Intellectual Property

All website content is copyrighted.

Use by third parties without permission is prohibited.

21. Law and Jurisdiction

Governed by Austrian law.

Disputes subject to the courts of Vienna, Austria.

22. Severability

Invalid provisions do not affect the rest of the Terms.

Parties will replace invalid clauses with valid clauses closest in intent.
